Senior Implementation Position

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior implementation role with a 4-day work week, offering a healthier work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex ERP/Finance system implementations for US clients by providing expert-level guidance and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Configure ERP/Finance systems, build data maps, and manage integrations between various systems to ensure seamless communication and accurate data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot APIs and use SQL for analysis/data work to identify areas of improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Deliver training and confidently handle stakeholders (often Finance/AP) by developing and presenting engaging training materials and effectively communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex, integration-heavy implementations with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Strong client-facing skills, able to own the room with senior stakeholders by providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical competence: SQL (read/write) + API understanding to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • ERP/Finance exposure: Sage Intacct, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or similar to configure and integrate various financial systems.
