
Claims Operations Executive

Our organization seeks a Claims Operations Manager to support the Head of Claims Operational Excellence in leading regional claims operations.
This role involves implementing best practices and operational policies to enhance efficiency and governance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement.
- You will implement initiatives, systems, and processes to ensure the successful accomplishment of business strategy and goals.
- As part of the Regional Claims Ops team, you will partner with regional and global claims stakeholders to develop and deliver effective operational solutions.
- You will contribute to process improvement, reducing costs and increasing innovation.
- You will lead projects as required and engage with stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate process metrics.
- You will ensure Quality Assurance oversight and resolve operational issues.
We are looking for someone who has excellent project management skills, a track record of building and executing on projects, results-oriented approach, focus on continuous improvement, and excellent English communication skills.
