Product Quality Specialist

A Quality Assurance Manager is a critical role in ensuring the highest product quality and standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support QA team members to deliver high-quality products.
- Oversee daily activities to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new QA team members.
- Serve as a liaison between the QA team and cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize, assign, and complete QA tasks within sprint timelines.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies to represent QA activities.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual or automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT).
- Identify testing gaps and ensure complete coverage of requirements.
- Monitor defect lifecycle and ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Share testing progress, quality metrics, and defect reports with stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Propose actionable solutions for improvement in testing processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools.
