About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to motivate our kitchen staff, oversee food preparation, quality control and presentation standards, collaborate on seasonal menus and daily specials, and uphold hygiene, safety and consistency at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead kitchen staff during busy service periods
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with other chefs on seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety and consistency
  • Deputise for Senior Chef in their absence

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Solid knowledge of food trends, cost control and kitchen operations
  • A positive leadership style, genuine ethos of teamwork
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced professional environment

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures
