  • Negotiate and secure subcontractors at agreed-upon rates to support the project's requirements and budget constraints.
  • Promote our products and services to prospective clients through prospecting, face-to-face consultations, owning customer contact from lead to successful agreement of signed contract.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain cost efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales or estimation, with experience in civil engineering and a proven track record of success.
