Job Opportunity: Property Loss Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Property Loss Adjuster. This position is based in Dublin and will involve handling property claims and achieving settlement outcomes that align with our business strategy and goals.

  • Assess scenes of loss or events, gathering relevant information and documenting findings.
  • Advise customers on their claims and provide clear communication throughout the process.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes in claims settlements.

As a successful Property Loss Adjuster, you will have:

  • CIP qualification and 3+ years of experience in loss adjusting.
  • Dip LA or progress towards ACILA/ACII is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience dealing with brokers and a wide variety of customers.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

This role requires field-based work, so a full driving licence is necessary.

You will be responsible for assessing household or commercial scenes of loss/events, gathering relevant information and documenting your findings. You will also advise customers on their claims and provide clear communication throughout the process. Additionally, you will utilize negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes in claims settlements.

The ideal candidate will have CIP qualification and 3+ years of experience in loss adjusting. Dip LA or progress towards ACILA/ACII is desirable but not essential. Experience dealing with brokers and a wide variety of customers is also required. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
