We are seeking a seasoned Property Loss Adjuster to join our team. This field-based role involves supporting customers across Ireland through the full claim's lifecycle, from on-site assessment to resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact while working on diverse and complex property claims.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property claims from initiation to resolution, maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key responsibilities include conducting on-site assessments of loss/damage, compiling accurate findings and reports, communicating with customers and third parties, negotiating settlement outcomes, and delivering case decisions within designated authority levels.
Requirements- CIP qualified
- At least 3 years' experience in property loss adjusting
- Dip LA or working towards ACILA/ACII (desirable)
- Experience dealing with brokers and a diverse customer base
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills
