Project Leadership Opportunity

Join us in this exciting role as a Civil/Structural Team Lead, where you will have the chance to lead a diverse portfolio of projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership position and oversee the planning, design, and construction of large-scale commercial and residential builds, as well as educational and healthcare facilities.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of civil and structural engineers on a variety of projects.
  • Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, preferably with Irish projects post-graduation.
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status.
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in a team lead role.
  • Desirable skills: experience in relevant software, such as Autodesk Revit or Bentley Systems.
