Job Description

At the heart of a successful organization lies a team that drives operational and financial success. Our Reseller Operations group is pivotal in this endeavor, seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Shared Services team.

This role represents the voice of the customer within Operations, maximizing revenue potential by driving optimal order coverage for partners. Influence partners' in-stocks, ranging, and digital strategies to accelerate accessory sell-through via order chase and maximize support to indirect Resellers via distributors.

The selected candidate will collaborate on demand planning, providing market insight to forecast consumer demand. Prevent and manage delivery issues encountered by Reseller partners, collaborating with Logistics to drive improved performance and self-serve from our Logistics Carriers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess proven experience as an account executive, Demand Analyst or Shared Services role. Strong analytical abilities and ability to evaluate, analyze and present data to a broad audience are essential.
