Job Opportunity: Test Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead testing activities for an enterprise-scale project with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee testing activities for the SAP (SuccessFactors) and M&E project
  • Collaborate with end users and business team members to develop and execute test plans
  • Ensure testing quality and consistency by providing structure, oversight, and guidance
  • Coordinate defect management and report on testing progress, risks, and issues
  • Support the rollout of devices as part of the project scope

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead on large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and influence business users
