We seek a highly skilled Retail Development Partner to lead our team in driving impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic People Development initiatives within channels to achieve business outcomes.
- Design diverse, engaging learning experiences utilizing various tools and platforms.
- Provide expert support and guidance to leaders and their teams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive impact of people development initiatives.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and design process to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Ability to create comprehensive learning interventions spanning digital, face-to-face, remote training, and blended programme design.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation, influencing, collaborating, presentation, and written communications.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales/retail, preferably in the telecoms market, and expertise in tools such as Canva, Articulate Rise, and Storyline.
