As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for promoting agile practices within organizations and ensuring that all stakeholders understand the principles of agility. You will need to demonstrate hands-on skills in launching and coaching self-organizing teams, as well as a detailed understanding of agility metrics and value tracking across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor teams to implement agile methodologies.
  • Develop and implement agile strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Provide expertise in Lean and Agile principles to technical and business teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in squad coaching and mentoring.
  • Certification in Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to act as point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
