Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team and establish best practices, build strong supplier relationships, and deliver significant commercial value.
About the Role:
- Set up and manage procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with relevant policies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and establish performance frameworks that drive cost savings and improve value.
- Analyse spend and market data to inform commercial decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to procurement policy development and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 36 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a proven track record of delivering savings and improving supplier outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish processes in a new function.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills, with a focus on results-driven decision-making.
