Job Description

Lead a talented team of managers to provide exceptional service to our clients as an Operations Manager. This role involves developing and implementing growth strategies for new and existing business in each sector, supporting the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals, delivering profit for the region through leadership and support for Unit Managers, reviewing unit and contract performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create and deliver high-quality bids and proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Unit Managers to achieve profitable outcomes and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Determine customer requirements and select suitable company offerings to meet their needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate strategy effectively to the team and ensure successful implementation of improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
Requirements

Senior Management Experience: Proven track record of leading operational teams and managing senior-level relationships.

Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience driving change programs to deliver operational benefits.

Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of commercial and price-sensitive markets, with experience working within brand guidelines to deliver results.

Skills and Qualifications: Senior management experience, leadership skills, commercial awareness, retail and facilities management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills.
