The Role of Our Community Support Team

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of our organization. We aim to provide seamless support to attendees throughout their journey, from ticket purchase to post-event feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to attendee inquiries via email, live chat, or social media.
  • Find solutions for attendees while adhering to established company policies and guidelines.
  • Act as a vital source of feedback internally, providing insights to various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, liaising with content, email marketing, and website teams daily.
  • Become an expert in our software, offering valuable insights and attendee feedback to product and engineering teams.
