Strategic Customer Engagement Leader

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive our customer engagement strategy with over 1.45 million customers.

This role is critical in driving our planned vision for helping our customers build better futures by being better informed, advised and ultimately better off.

The person will lead a team of Marketing professionals with experience in this specialist area of Customer Engagement and will also lead cross functional teams to deepen our relationships with our customers and drive customer centric growth.

Job Description:
  • Lead the implementation of our customer engagement strategy across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive customer engagement plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver customer engagement campaigns that drive results and meet business objectives.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals with expertise in customer engagement.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer engagement, marketing or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with clear examples of developing and leading a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing customer engagement initiatives or programmes.
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and/or CRM platforms.
