Customer Communications Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team and manage stakeholders.

The successful candidate will leverage their skills to optimise customer journeys, drive engagement, and achieve key business objectives across all direct marketing channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and evolving comprehensive strategies and plans to achieve key business objectives, including retention, acquisition, and brand metrics, across all key channels.
  • Designing and delivering strategic plans that leverage new marketing technology functionality, particularly in omnichannel marketing and customer communications.
  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies encompassing the entire customer journey, from initial engagement and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and retention.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of content management systems (CMS) to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
  • Serving as the Marketing Technology Product Owner and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on the selection, implementation, and utilisation of marketing technologies.
