Strategic Alumni Engagement Professional

This role is dedicated to supporting the delivery of a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, ensuring consistent and sustained relationships with university stakeholders throughout the contract period.

  • Coordinate a wide-ranging programme of activities to engage with alumni, academics, and staff across the university community.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to promote university relations and drive engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and exceptional communication skills. They will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with alumni, academics, and staff, driving collaborative outcomes and advancing university objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate communications, events, and volunteer activity to support the delivery of TU Dublin's alumni engagement strategy.
  • To develop and implement effective engagement strategies to meet the needs of diverse alumni groups.
  • To maintain accurate records of alumni interactions and provide regular reporting on engagement metrics.
