Job Overview:

This role involves providing technical assistance and servicing customer accounts within the food processing and manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and servicing end-user customer accounts, conducting site training on chemical safety and product applications, completing service reports to support sales, cost control, safety, and sustainability objectives, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing distributor relationships within the region, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
