Senior Trader Recruiter

">About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you will be responsible for recruiting senior traders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for experienced traders.
  • Sourcesenior talent through market mapping, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Evaluates candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborates with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to align recruitment with business objectives.
  • Manages relationships with external agencies while driving direct hires.
  • Contributes to the firm's talent brand through targeted content and employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of recruiting traders, quants, or front-office technology professionals in HFT, investment banking, or hedge fund settings.
  • Detailed understanding of the trading talent landscape and ability to engage with highly selective candidate pools.
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment management skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and agency collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
