Event Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Event Specialist to oversee the logistics of in-person events. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing corporate events, be based in Dublin, Ireland, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event details, manage shipping materials, and direct staffing for each event.
  • Participate in virtual planning meetings with all parties involved.
  • Take ownership of in-person events, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Represent our organization as a leader and problem solver at events.
  • Align roles and responsibilities with the onsite team.
  • Manage check-in process and handle any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Based in Dublin, Ireland, with schedule flexibility.
  • Experience in complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events.
  • Resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented.
