Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff daily, ensuring all preparation and cooking meet Health and Hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance management, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
