Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will assist the Executive Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, supervise kitchen staff, and liaise with Food & Beverage teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

  • Assist in the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered promptly.
  • SUPERVISE AND DIRECT the kitchen team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for menu innovation, cost control, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety practices within the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh produce and manage inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
