Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive sales within the Dublin region and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that increase revenue growth, expand market share, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with architects, contractors, and distributors to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Developing and implementing targeted sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilizing the showroom environment to showcase product offerings and drive buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • A track record of delivering strong sales performance and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Full working rights for Ireland.
