We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at the 4* Court Yard Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and providing exceptional food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Prepare food for breakfast, carvery, bar, restaurant, and functions
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the hotel industry or busy food business
  • HACCP trained
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Able to work early starts and late finishes
