Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven On Trade Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Britvic's full beverage portfolio across the Foodservice and Workplace sector.

This includes outlets like canteens, fast-food outlets, cinemas, offices, and vending solutions. Your primary focus will be ensuring efficient and effective routes to market, maximizing sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with wholesale partners.

  • Grow distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution, and market share by brand, channel, and pack in line with or above target (Volume, Net Sales, TP) in line with sub-channel targets, including forecast accuracy for your customers.
  • Improve product availability for the full Britvic soft drink range, including Pepsi, 7up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, Cidona, London Essence Premium mixers, and Teisseire in On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, and Workplace outlets.
  • Responsible for delivering the quarterly sales target of Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers in the territory, i.e., to Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Foodservice, Workplace, and Leisure customers.
Key Responsibilities:

As an On Trade Key Account Manager, you will have several key responsibilities that include:

  1. Maximizing sales opportunities through efficient and effective routes to market.
  2. Building strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure mutual benefits.
  3. Collaborating closely with other teams such as Customer and Innovation, Key Account Managers, National Account Managers, and wholesalers within the territory to achieve business goals.
  4. Coaching the team in consultative selling to identify new business opportunities.
