About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance and improving operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in process improvement, lean principles, and six sigma methodologies. You will be responsible for leading teams to achieve business objectives, implementing process improvements, and driving cultural change.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business results. You will also be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
