Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the section, maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene, and preparing ingredients for service to the required standard.

  • To assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen and maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Meticulously prepare ingredients for service, minimizing waste and adhering to HACCP guidelines.
  • Meet special requests from guests with professionalism and a smile.
  • Prepare dishes to specification while contributing to ongoing improvements in menu offerings.
  • Ensure goods are stored correctly and hygienically according to established protocols.
  • Contribute to a positive working atmosphere by being inclusive and respectful.
  • Work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • A genuine passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
