  • Monitoring and reviewing eTender notifications is crucial for identifying potential opportunities. This involves recognising relevant information and summarising it for partners.
  • Managing all aspects of each bid involves understanding the requirements of the RFT, noting key dates, and producing a first draft of the tender document.
  • Working closely with partners and associates is essential for bringing the document through to conclusion. Final checks ensure that all requirements of the RFT are met, and the bids are submitted on time in the manner/format requested.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of all bids, historical information, rates, panel appointments, etc., is vital for tracking progress and making informed decisions.
Requirements

Candidates require minimum 2 years of experience in a Bid/Tender role within a law or professional services environment. Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

An ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills, is required for success in this role.
