Information Security Professional

Job Overview:

This role involves supporting the Technology Security Manager in identifying and monitoring security risks within operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risk, and solve problems related to compliance with policy, process, and guidelines.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enforcing OT security controls/policies to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of assets.
  • Supporting annual audits, reporting on risks, controls, and/or standards in place.
  • Staying up-to-date with information security frameworks and methodologies, as well as best practices relevant to the role.
  • Providing analysis, assessment, and trending of security log data from multiple security devices.
  • Collaborating with all employees to ensure health and safety, and welfare of colleagues and the public using the premises.
  • Proactively participating in performance management to ensure delivery of own and team objectives.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3-5 years industry experience.
  • A third-level qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and business analysis skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience with CISSP/CEH/CompTIA is advantageous.
