Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing strong partnerships with clients and candidates, and providing high-quality staffing solutions across the hospitality sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, screening and assessing suitability for various roles, and providing advice on recruitment trends and salary benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment processes from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and onboarding.
  • Building relationships with hospitality clients across Ireland.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidate suitability for various hospitality roles.
  • Providing advice on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and career opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment database/CRM.
  • Representing the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality management (agency experience desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Ireland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job board platforms.
