Hospitality Recruitment Consultant Role

Overview:

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for hospitality clients, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
  • Screen, interview and assess candidate suitability for hospitality roles.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks and career opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records on the recruitment database/CRM.
  • Promote the company's services at industry events and functions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR or hospitality management.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Ireland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
