Hotel Food Service Assistant

As a Hotel Food Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-organized.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, although not essential. We provide comprehensive training for our new recruits, so if you are looking for a challenge and want to develop your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage areas
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • General cleaning of bar and restaurant areas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required
