The RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on transformative projects across the country, overseeing site management and external service providers.
The successful candidate will have the technical, property and commercial acumen required to manage large residential apartment blocks.
They will direct and work closely with internal teams, provide block property management services, and review development proposals from a property management perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Directing and working closely with internal teams as applicable.
- Work closely with the Lettings Team to support delivery and operational set up of cost rental apartment blocks upon completion.
- Provide block property management services in the management of sites as per allotted portfolio.
- Review and advise on development proposals and future schemes from a property management perspective.
- Undertake site assessments to identify matters that may influence apartment block operations and management.
- Appointment and oversight of external block property management agents and service providers to manage the operations of apartment blocks.
Seek competitive quotes for works, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee operational expenditure.
Liaise with the Accounts Team to ensure efficient running of operations, conduct cost comparisons, and monitor energy usage.
Monthly reporting to the Senior Site Property Manager in relation to the management of sites and services within the allotted portfolio.
