Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Development Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Manage site activities, including supervising staff, coordinating with project managers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports and conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning to completion.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Site Operations

  • Manage site staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Health and Safety

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety protocols to minimize risk to staff and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction-related field or trade background.
  • Proven experience as a site manager, preferably in residential development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
