Senior Biometric Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Biometric Manager to lead our team in the Management Services Division. This role involves overseeing daily operations and supervising staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct subordinate supervisors to achieve optimal results.
- Assist management in planning, organizing, and directing programs related to biometric identification.
- Collaborate with other departments and state agencies to advance public safety and law enforcement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in classification of Identification Supervisor or equivalent experience in a closely related field.
- Proven expertise in fingerprint identification, including comparison and supervision of personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in professional organizations like the International Association of Identification (IAI).
