Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to conduct customer-centric research, drive product strategy and influence design direction.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in UX research with a focus on enterprise-scale products.
  • Expertise in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A strong portfolio of case studies showcasing the impact of research on product development.
  • Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Excellent stakeholder and presentation skills.
About the Role

This is a short-term opportunity to represent customer needs, run focused research and steer product direction at pace.

Deliverables
  • Represent customers across discovery, design validation and adoption.
  • Plan and execute research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, participatory design).
  • Deliver artefacts (personas, jobs-to-be-done, user journeys, task analyses).
  • Partner with Product and Design stakeholders to steer direction.
  • Mentor and champion research across the team.
