About the Quality Assurance RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Client Support Services team as a Quality Assurance specialist. This vibrant area offers continuous improvement, strategic foresight, and professional development opportunities in a supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the Quality Assurance programme for our Client Support Services Department.
- Conduct and record Quality Assurance activities via file sampling, quality checking, suitability testing, and audit reports.
- Implement Management Information systems for individual, function, regulation, and issue level reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test cases, and results.
- Prepare regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.
- Perform detailed Quality Assurance projects on a theme-based basis.
- Assist in policy and procedure development, identify gaps, and monitor compliance.
- Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in retrospectives and quality reviews.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of Pershing system is an advantage.
- Minimum five years of financial services experience.
- Exposure to MiFID, Client Asset Regulation, AML, and Data Protection is desirable.
