About the Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Client Support Services team as a Quality Assurance specialist. This vibrant area offers continuous improvement, strategic foresight, and professional development opportunities in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Quality Assurance programme for our Client Support Services Department.
  • Conduct and record Quality Assurance activities via file sampling, quality checking, suitability testing, and audit reports.
  • Implement Management Information systems for individual, function, regulation, and issue level reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test cases, and results.
  • Prepare regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.
  • Perform detailed Quality Assurance projects on a theme-based basis.
  • Assist in policy and procedure development, identify gaps, and monitor compliance.
  • Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in retrospectives and quality reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge of Pershing system is an advantage.
  • Minimum five years of financial services experience.
  • Exposure to MiFID, Client Asset Regulation, AML, and Data Protection is desirable.
