Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team. This role is responsible for accelerating pipeline growth and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable target accounts, decision-makers, and channel partners using various tools and resources.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach efforts to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline.
  • Develop and deliver compelling messaging and campaigns to engage prospects and present value propositions.
  • Present solutions to prospects, creating persuasive business cases that align with their needs and drive high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on lead gen strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Sustain partner relationships by demonstrating value, driving joint opportunities, and identifying new channel prospects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and unique value propositions.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or relevant work history.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding ability to prioritize work and tasks; attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a high propensity for self-development and learning.
  • Self-motivation – this role can be unstructured.

This position may involve travel within the EU and the USA.
