Job Overview:

  • As a key member of the finance team, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of billing and contract administration.
  • You will be responsible for setting up new contracts on our billing system and working closely with analysts to set up and cancel contracts.
  • Collection of meter reads via email and phone, issuing spreadsheets for current readings, and submitting meter reads on a monthly basis are also part of your responsibilities.
  • Issuing service invoices to customers on a weekly basis and providing support with customer information, billing queries, and volume details is another crucial task.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to prepare ad hoc reports required by the Financial Controller and handling all customer billing inquiries are essential duties.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/Billing or related finance role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Excel, and experience with Sage and Vantage software are considered advantages.
  • A high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
