Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in a busy, popular Hotel and Golf Club.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience within the industry, with a proven track record of working in operation(s) with Banqueting and Fine Dining.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own section, ensuring that every dish served is of consistently high standard within the agreed timeframe.

They will also be required to work varying shifts, including daytime, weekends, and evenings, and will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Attention to detail and organisation skills are essential, as well as a passion for food and a flair for creativity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

A recognised qualification in pastry chefing is essential, and good knowledge of HACCP is also necessary.

  • 5 years experience within the industry
  • Proven track record of experience in a similar establishment
  • Good knowledge of HACCP

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
