Human Resources Administrator Job Description

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Liaise with payroll to conduct payroll administration and notify changes in employee attendance/leave.
  • Support performance review meetings by taking notes and preparing paperwork.
  • Complete and issue documentation regarding Employee Relations.
  • Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and updating personal details.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement company-wide HR initiatives and projects promoting employee well-being.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Administration or HR Administration.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Desirable to have experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • CIPD Qualification or HR Degree preferred.
