The role of Executive Officer, Data Governance is pivotal in ensuring the effective management and governance of data across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Data Governance division, guaranteeing seamless workflow and timely report completion.
  • Coordinate project management activities, track timelines, deliverables, and support key data infrastructure and management projects.
  • Prepare and communicate internal and external content, such as newsletters and updates, to embed data policies and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain and curate digital platforms, including the Data Champions channel and SharePoint site, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Assist with the preparation and timely reporting for the Data Governance team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with SharePoint, strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

What We Offer

  • Permanent Position: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
  • Annual Leave: 23 days per annum.
  • Hybrid Role: Combination of home and office working, with 2 days in the office.
