
Nursing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to join our team as a Nursing Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of care and creating a supportive environment for residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve nursing and social care delivery tailored to individual resident needs.
- Oversee clinical standards, conduct thorough assessments, and manage care plans for high-quality outcomes.
- Supervise medication administration, conduct audits, and liaise with healthcare professionals for best practice compliance.
- Lead and mentor CNMs, nurses, and care assistants, providing ongoing training and development.
- Perform regular clinical, environmental, and medication audits, developing action plans for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Serve as a key contact for residents and families, addressing concerns and supporting person-centered care approaches.
- Registered Nurse with active registration on the NMBI.
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a nursing home setting.
- At least 6 years experience working in a nursing home environment.
- Certificate in leadership or management.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on team motivation and continuous professional development.
