Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our nursing operations.

  • Conduct regular audits and monitoring of internal processes
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Promote excellence in clinical practice
  • E nsure adherence to HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Foster open communication among clinical staff through regular meetings
  • Establish strong relationships with external community organizations
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage opportunities and maintain a strong local presence
  • Implement the company's health and safety policy to safeguard employee, resident, and visitor wellbeing
  • Develop and execute evacuation and fire safety training plans

Requirements:

  • NMBI General Division Registration
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with older adults within the last 6 years
  • At least 3 years management or supervisory experience
  • Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (desirable)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of ageing processes and elder care best practices
  • Genuine interest in person-centered care for elderly residents
  • Garda Vetting Clearance
