About the Role

This role involves being responsible for ensuring that all kitchen areas and equipment are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will work closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to achieve this goal. A strong understanding of workplace hygiene and organization is essential, as well as the ability to work flexibly in response to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and areas.
  • Managing stock levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Working collaboratively as part of the hotel team.
  • Lifting heavy objects on occasion.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by senior staff members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluent English language skills.
