Key Operations Role

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the TAS team by ensuring accurate project administration, maintaining up-to-date records across systems and facilitating smooth delivery of client services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process project-related requests accurately and within agreed timelines, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools to ensure timely access to accurate and current information.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment across platforms and systems through meticulous record keeping and documentation.
  • Accurately assign project services and details, guaranteeing completeness before publishing or sharing.
  • Keep project trackers and databases current and error-free to support informed decision-making and reporting.
  • Proactively manage project handover and change processes, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient workflows.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project leads and team members, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Quick learner, adaptable, proactive and collaborative mindset.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in project administration or coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (Asana, SharePoint, HubSpot).
  • Skilled in maintaining trackers, databases, dashboards and reporting capabilities.
  • Data analysis and report preparation expertise.
  • Knowledge of document management and version control principles.
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution skills.
  • Background in construction or BCMS (desired).
