Sales Manager
About the Role:The Sales Manager will lead, coach and develop a team of travel sales consultants to achieve individual and team key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to motivate, engage and inspire teams both in-office and remotely.
Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of travel sales consultants to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Implement and drive a structured sales process to maximise performance and conversions
- Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to optimise performance across all sales channels
- Conduct regular call reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality customer interactions
- Work closely with other teams to enhance efficiency, technology, and customer experience
- Manage daily operations, including rostering, reporting, and resource planning to meet business needs
