Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team and help us expand our presence in the Irish SME market.

About the Role: As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  2. Generating New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Irish SME market.
  3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and demonstrate solutions remotely using video content and risk assessments.
  4. Closing Deals: Close new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
  5. Ensuring Smooth Implementation: Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
  6. Providing Post-Sale Support: Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in remote sales, utilizing digital marketing and social network channels to generate leads, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales Expertise: Achieve sales targets, B2B sales experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Networking Skills: Relationship building and networking capabilities.
