Site-Based Architect Opportunity

Landmark Development Project in Limerick

We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Architect to lead the delivery of a major large-scale development of significant importance.

  • Coordinate architectural tasks on-site, working closely with contractors and consultants.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure design quality and compliance.
  • Resolve technical queries and manage design issues as they arise.
  • Represent the practice at site meetings.

About You / Qualifications

  • 10+ years' professional experience in architecture, with strong technical and site delivery expertise.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
